Do I have to be in to get a delivery?

When you order at the tap of our app or via you don’t have to be in to receive your order. You will need to let us know your preferred safe place (e.g. with neighbour or leave in porch).


How do I pay for my goods?

Via the Ringtons app and goods are pre-paid via the app website on the day the order is placed. A valid credit or debit card is needed to complete your order. 


Can I skip and edit my upcoming orders?

Yes, to skip upcoming orders, make any product changes, view the status of your deliveries, update personal details or change payment information, simply log-on to your online account here and click on 'Manage Subscription'. Here is a link to our how to videos that may be useful.


How do I make a return?

Please contact us via emailing with your order ID number and full delivery address as well as the reason for your return. We will then organise to collect your delivery. Please note we cannot refund any product that has been opened
